The course includes programming projects in C++, professionalism reports alongside lessons in information security and computational mathematics.
The Anchor Inn: As a Chef here, I take on a fast-paced organisational role to keep up with the demand of a kitchen that feeds upwards of 1000 covers a day in the summer season. The responsibilities include preparing and cooking bulk prep for the day to day menu and being involved in creating new and exciting specials to keep customers enticed over many visits. The role also entails leadership properties, allocating jobs to kitchen assisstants and making sure all paperwork is able to be checked off by ensuring all cleaning and kitchen maintainance is done.
